Hromnak Kitchen and Garage Addition

Located in the historic College Heights area of State College, Pennsylvania, the Hromnak project involved the design and construction of approximately 2400 square feet of new space married to a 1930's stone Cape Cod. Lee Cowan Design + Build worked closely with the homeowners to create a new addition that would double their existing living space. The addition included a new 18'x18' eat-in kitchen with granite island, Italian tile floor and radiant heating; a butler's pantry with second sink; a second floor guest room with full bath; laundry facilities; an 8' basement wood shop; two car garage; slate back patio; and pavestone driveway.
